I’m 48 3 kids and booked into comfortzone in Turkey in July for the 360 lipo and breast uplift with implants ( going smaller) has anyone had these surgeries together or wold u advise separate ( I’m just thinking of the pain ) I’d love some advice from anyone who has had these done.
Answer: Im having breast uplift and 360 VASER Lipo... would it be better to separate the surgeries or have them together? Hello Laura,Great question. Yes, a breast lift can be performed together with a 360 liposuction. It is better to be performed at once to avoid undergoing anesthesia and recovery twice.

Answer: Surgery You may not have as much pain as you did with your initial breast surgery if implants were placed behind the muscle. The muscle would not be stretched again. If you are in good health, you could have all done at the same time. The garment does make the liposuction treated areas much more comfortable. I do recommend having surgery near where you live so you can have follow-up care, especially if complications occur.

Answer: Combination of surgeries Dear lauralou1234, I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others. Answer: Im having breast uplift and 360 VASER Lipo... would it be better to separate the surgeries or have them together? Generally speaking, the combination surgical procedures are done routinely. However, you are wise in being concerned about the safety of combination surgery; risks/possible complications do increase with increased length of surgery… You should also consider the practical considerations when it comes to the recovery experience.. It is best to evaluate each patient's suitability for combination surgery on an individualized basis. During the consultation process, after a complete history and physical, the SAFETY of combining these surgical procedures becomes of paramount importance. Your best bet: choose your plastic surgeon very carefully; everything else including good judgment/advice/planning (as well good ethical advice), anesthesia provider and safe surgery facility will follow. Best wishes.

Answer: Keep it simple - separate the surgery Apart from the discomfort, the chances that things go wrong are higher for with bigger longer multisite operations. Have whichever of the two procedures is your main priority ( either implant exchange / breast uplift, or 360 degree lipo ), but not both together. You are having surgery far from home. Where will you go if back in the UK and you develop problems - the NHS will only cover an emergency situation, leaving you to return to Turkey for any elective corrections and any non emergency work. Why risk it ?
