I recently got chin lipo 7 weeks ago and have been experiencing platysma banding whenever I look up and to the side. My healing process has been very easy, no lymphatic drainage, swelling is gone, no lumps or bump. I simply want to prepare myself in case the platysma bands don’t relax or soften with time a and become less visible. I have seen some cases on Reddit of them softening over time. I have heard of the cons being the fat injected can react like the harvest location. Ex. From the abdomen, significant weight gain to abdomen can then occur in the neck. Is that common? Does it only occur after significant weight gain? I am wanting to grasp if fat grafting would be an option?
