Question

Is there anything I can do to revise this? I've already had two microliposuction in my cheeks from too much fat being injected. I've also tried botox around the sides of my eyes and Morpheus. Is there anything else I could try to make this look more natural?

Ugh! This is definitely a difficult problem to treat. The only potential things to try would be RF (sounds like you did morpheus already but maybe consider a few mro sessions just to be sure it's ineffective) vs. surgery to actually remove the fat, but I would only do that if you go to a very experienced surgeon.

It is difficult to have a good impression about extent of irregularities based on this single photo. A minimal liposuction is probably the best way to deal with this. Possibly injection of diluted Kenalog; this medication may create a “ significant” fat loss when applied in periorbital areas. Good luc
