Facial asymmetry becoming more prominent (photo)

As I get older I’m noticing some asymmetries becoming more prominent (31f). This is only a theory, but I have scoliosis and my spine curves to the left. Everything on my left side is better-muscles, facial fat, hair.. my right side is the opposite. I’m now noticing a loss of fat/ droopiness to my right side that’s always been there, but now getting much worse. What can be done? Every surgeon I’ve seen in Beverly Hills say fat transfer is the answer. What do you think?
