Fat transfer, brow lift, or facelift to fix forehead indentation? (Photos)

Question

I had three Morpheus8 treatments done at higher than recommended settings. It resulted in significant fat loss in my face. Along with this indentation along my hairline and a dent in my left cheek. What can help fix this other than HA filler?? Considering a facelift for the fat loss that has given me jowls. I don't know what to do about my forehead. Is a fat transfer and facelift even possible after RF Microneedling damage?

Based on the single-view photo, it appears that hairline advancement using an anterior hairline incision would most likely allow for the removal of the area of depression. This type of incision isn’t a straight line—it’s carefully designed to follow the natural contours of your hairline, making it well-camouflaged once healed.  Dr. B.

It is very difficult to make proper evaluation based on this photo. lowering the hairline (I can not see how tall your forehead is in this photo) would be the best solution? Incision is placed in zig-zag fashion along the hairline and is barely noticeable. Without in person evaluation it would be very difficult to discuss other options. Hope this helps.
