No. Definitely not. Now, it's super reasonable to like a plus size look and to not be too perfect. You will be much better off asking for that. Saying you want to look exactly like someone else who has different everything than you is just not possible. The general look is possible though.

Right now your BMI is 42 and it needs to be 33 or less, for you to be considered a good candidate for plastic surgery.

Never expect results since NO surgeon can ever guarantee results, EVER! Fat grafting is dealing with microscopic living fat cells. That have their own minds and some survive others do not. Try to use private practice boarded PSs NOT clinic ones.

The final outcome of cosmetic surgery procedures are always a combination based on the initial candidacy of the patient combine with the skill and experience of the surgeon. skeletal structure has a big part and why peoples bodies are shaped the way they are. people who have really curvy bodies have a curvy skeletal structure. soft tissue coverage contributes to a certain degree but not nearly as much as skeletal structure.

I suggest looking for before and after pictures of patients who have similar body shapes to your own.

A 230 pounds you’re not a good candidate for any cosmetic surgery procedure so weight loss is in order.

A healthy weight for someone 5 foot two is 104 to 135 pounds.

At 230 pounds you are morbidly obese(100 pounds or more over ideal weight).

Successful weight loss of morbid obesity typically leads to skin elasticities which makes patients far better candidates for surgery related to skin laxity than fat manipulation.

Your best result will most likely come from substantial weight loss followed by an extended tummy tuck.

You didn’t post pictures but that is very consistent in what we see as plastic surgeons.

Skin laxity makes patients poor candidates for both liposuction and fat transfer skin laxity comes from weight loss. Morbid Obesity makes patients non-candidates for cosmetic surgery.

Different plastic surgeons may have different opinions. To get a better understanding I suggest having a few in person consultations. In the meantime continue with successful weight loss.
