I had a bbl& liposuction in 2019 and I’m going back in March 2022 but I have gained weight. I exercise but I was in a sx group and they talked about it so I was wanting to know if it’s ok to do.

This elevation is very minor and should not affect your surgery. Elevation above several hundred may be cause for concern but not these very slight increases. (Assuming the rest of your labs are normal.)
