I had rhinoplasty about 3 1/2 weeks ago. I have been sneezin and coughing. Yesterday there was something sticking out of my nose. I thought it was a little mucus however it turns out to be part of my stitch in the inside of the upper tip of my nose. It was long so I cut what was sticking out of my nose and left the rest of it. And now I see a little stitch coming out on my right nostril. I've been coughing a lot but have taking cough drops to control it. What do I do?

Dear memyers1,Thank you for your question. Advil can increase bleeding during surgery and bruising during post operative healing. It is best to let your operating surgeon know that you took the Advil! Best of luck!
