Is it possible - or likely - to lose neck or face fat/volume when undergoing Facetite? (photos)

Facetite is placed above and below the dermis. It is often combined with liposuction. Even without lipo, some fat will be heated to the point that it dies. I would treat with RF microneedling - my preference is the Genius. This will lead to tightening but not fat loss. The platysmal bands won't respond to anything but surgery so don't expect much improvements there.

Yes, this is possible, but not common.   It is even less common with Fractora (the new version of which is now called Morpheus).  From what I can see in your pictures, I would definitely recommend Morpheus treatment x3.  I perform a lot of the combination treatments, and there is no question that the combination of Facetite and Morpheus would give you the most tightening, I believe a package of 3 Morpheus treatments alone will give you a beautiful result.  

FaceTite is a tightening device. There will be some fat loss even without liposuction but it should be minimal. The energy causes some  liquefaction and apoptosis. Perhaps a facelift would be better for you Uber your specific conditions.
