Does lipo come with FaceTite and is it ok for black skin? (Photos)

Can I do this with fillers in my cheeks? I live in Georgia & only seen two doctors that do FaceTite. So now I am looking for the cost for FaceTite in other states. I also need my upper & lower eyelids done. Can both procedures be performed under local anaesthetic? How much am I looking to pay? Or should I do my eyes first then Facetite? Is it safe for African Americans. Are there any risk to black skin? Also are Facetite and Necktite different things? Does lipo come with it combined with Fractora? Looking forward a good doctor to help.

Traditional liposuction doesnt use energy based treatments nor facetite. you really need an expert for this type of contouring.
There are many options for jawline contouring:
1) implants
2) fat or filler injections along the bone
3) botox for masseter hypertrophy or platysma muscle/neck bands
4) ThermiRF/J Plasma/Renuvion/InMode FaceTite for internal heating
5) Thermage or Ultherapy skin tightening
5) PDO Novathreads or instalift threads for lifting
6) Neck or facelifting surgery

Facetite and Necktite utilize radio-frequency to help tighten tissues providing some lift as well as reduce unwanted fat.  It has been very popular done alone OR with liposuction. Facetite is generally safe to do with cheek filler, Radiesse for example that has been injected greater than a month out won't be disturbed by the procedure.  Some fillers might prematurely wear away quicker if they haven't been in for a while. Regarding the upper and lower eyelids as a combination surgery, we do these procedures in conjunction with Facetite and Necktite often in our office. These can all be performed under local anesthetic and typically with oral sedation. These procedures are safe on African American skin, and do not run any greater of a risk.Facetite is a great procedure for the right candidates.  I currently charge between $3500-$5500 depending upon if liposuction and how extensive the neck work will be if doing both the face and neck.  Additional fees may apply if other procedures and injections are being performed.   Results should last close to 3-4 years, and we are seeing about 60% of the result of a surgical facelift as I also perform surgical facelift.  Cosmetic surgeons can charge what they want depending upon their experience, reputation, local area market costs, competition, and other factors.
