Yes, your implants can be safely removed. You will need to get medical clearance which should not be a problem if you are in excellent health. Implant remove alone frequently results in dissatisfaction due to the hanging skin, empty appearance and requires a lift. The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided and nipple sensation (in 95%) is maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, it is possible to remove implants as long as you are healthy. Yes, you implants can and should be removed. Your outer pocket of saline has probably been deflated for quite some time, and the inner pocket may be allowing your gel to leak. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your options.

Yes they can be removed unless you have significant other medical conditions that would make the surgery unsafe. Most likely you will need partial or total capsule removal as well. Depending on your goals, it may be beneficial to discuss a breast lift procedure at the same time to have a nice shape after the implants are removed.

Sure they can be removed as long as you are healthy enough to tolerate GA. Many times my patients in there 70s are as healthy as the ones 40 years junior.
