Were my flanks done properly if I have no pain or bruising after Vaser Liposuction?

Thank you for your question. First of all, it's important you know that pain is not always a good indicator of whether liposuction was performed in an area. 
The second important consideration is that patients and surgeons (even between surgeons) often have different definitions of "flanks." Some surgeons do reach the flanks from a supra-pubic (above the pubis) and/or umbilical (belly button) incisions or from incisions on the back.
I recommend you speak directly with your surgeon to ensure you both have the same understanding of the treatment desired and performed.

This is difficult to answer without an in-person evaluation. I recommend following up with your Doctor about your concerns. Keep in mind, you have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. The thighs have less vascularity then the abdomen. It is sometimes normal to see this. Talk with your provider. I am sure they would not have cheated you. Time will tell as your body shapes. Follow up appropriately. JB

Sorry but there is no way for us to help you figure this out on this forum.  We would have to examine you to help with that.  Unfortunately your best recourse is to talk to the folks that did your liposuction for answers.  You can ask for your operative report and that should be a good first place to start. This is impossible to respond to without assessing you personally. However, if your flanks were mostly "forward facing" then it may have been possible to treat them from those incisions you mention. Bruising isn't always a reflection of where treatment was performed, more like where compression was least.
