I had Vaser Lipo 7 weeks ago and got a seroma. How can I stop this from coming back? (photos)

Seroma after VASER is common and requires aggressive and serial aspiration; with each aspiration the volume remove will get smaller; if you are not aggressive with your aspirations you will get a capsule forming around the seroma pocket which will be more firm and require longer to resolve. Alos try to eat more protein in your diet and use compression.

I have not seen Seroma like this before. But the trend is that your fluid pocket is getting smaller. Firmness typically starts at the 2 wk mark, and progressively resolve over 6-8 weeks. Keep with your surgeon to do after care, and make sure you are wearing good compression garments, so tight you can’t see the wrinkles.Choose an expert.
