Question

Ihate my under nose area i feel uncomfortable i wish ihad better one because ifeel like i look like a fish mouth,i hate how it looks from side and i hate my profile from side because of my droopy nose and my prominent philtrum. I always over draw my lipliner so this area became shorter iwas thinking of getting my columella down little And a lip left plz let me know whats wrong with my profile

Two factors contributing to your disliking here are - 1. Mid face retrusion ie. undergrowth and lack of nasal tip support. I would suggest bony augmentation of piriform ( alar base and columellar base) and use of strut graft for tip support along with other necessary rhinoplasty maneuvers. Chin augmentation will improve profile as well but not a must. Good luck.

Thank you for the question and photos.  I suspect you have a short caudal (near the columella) septal cartilage.  A columellar strut will help this as well as support your nasal tip.  If you have a deviated septum or would like to change other aspects of your nose these can be done at the same time.All the best,Dr. Remus Repta

I would augment the base of your nose at the junction with your upper lip. A chin implant would also reduce that "fish mouth" appearance and improve proportions in your lower face.
