Costs of otoplasty surgery will vary from one practice to another and certainly from one country to another. My best suggestion: seek consultation with well experienced plastic surgeons who can demonstrate a lot of experience achieving the types of outcomes you will be pleased with. The cost of an otoplasty is directly related to the amount of time it takes to perform the procedure in the operating room, and the surgeon's fee for performing the procedure. Additional fees are incurred if the patient's desire general anesthesia, rather local anesthesia. Most patients are able to tolerate the procedure under local anesthesia.
