Is there an ear projection or ear enlarging procedure? (photo)

Every time I search for ear enlargement otoplasty I oddly enough only get results about ear pinning, it seems strange to me that it is not a familiar practice in this day and age, I want reverse otoplasty and to actually make my ears slightly larger, mine are too narrow and overly pinned, making them look unusual to me. Please let me know if there is a place where it is common to get ear enlargement and how it is done? I’m aware of earlobe rejuvenation with fillers which could help.
