Please help! Extremely distressed! Yellow + brown liquid from base of nipple after breast lift and 250cc implant Advise? (photo)

I had a breast lift and 250cc implants over 4 weeks ago. 2 days ago i noticed drops of yellowy brown liquid coming out of a stitch at base of nipple.i spoke to my surgeon and he was sure theres nothing to be worried about. I wiped with TCP and covered 'faster healing hydrocolloid' dressing. I woke up this morning with leak from the side of the dressing. I removed to find a 'fleshier' wound with a more yellow discharge. I have messaged my doctor and awaiting a response. No swelling redness fever

I tell all of my breast lift and augmentation patients that I would like them to sleep in whichever position they find most comfortable. I have not found that sleeping position negatively affected any of my breast lift/augmentation patients' cosmetic outcomes. Best of luck to you!
