An excellent way to add volume to the cheeks is with fillers. Voluma and Juvederm (as well as other fillers) are FDA approved for the cheek area. Be sure to consult with a board-certified dermatologist to be sure of proper placement. Also, be aware that results vary, both in amount of volume and the overall look.
It is hard to give personalized information without seeing you or seeing photos of you, but volume can be added to the cheek with implants or fillers.
