Doctors, 4 years ago, I had a severe fall with undisplaced fracture of my right mandible. Doctors chose not to operate. Bones have consildated since then. I understand perfect symmetry is virtually impossible, but front-view facial asymmetry is now very noticeable. [Preferred side : Left] - IMO my zygomatic arch (at least) is involved, may a zygomatic osteotomy fix this? - Does asymmetry involve other parts - e.g. mandibular area? - Would an additional surgery needed on my right side? Thanks
