If you are experiencing lingering side effects affecting the nerves, you may have to seek advice from a neurologist or a neuro-ophthalmologist who could examine extraocular muscle movements to make the proper diagnosis.

I highly recommend only seeking consultations and treatments from experienced, skilled injectors who have the skill to precisely inject Botox into treatment areas and avoid risks and complications. They also know the most advanced injection techniques to ensure you safely achieve your desired results.

Botox in the lower eyelid is generally not a good idea. The injector may mean well but they can slump the lower eyelid. The Botox does work for 4 to 6 months and will cause some degree of muscle atrophy. Gradually overtime, this atrophy does resolve but it can take up to a year to fully comeback. It may be back now for you. I simply do not have sufficient photo documentation and an in person exam to answer this question. I would be extremely caution what "solutions" you search for. The injectors you are working with are just doing their thing. That thing is unlikely to help you. The Botox service wears off. If you get fillers or surgery, these services have the potential to cause you significant aesthetic harm if they are not correctly done. There is no substitute for a detailed personal assessment.

Before pictures with similar post Botox present day pictures are necessary to diagnose what the issues are. Botox effects diminish over 3-6 months (on occasion may last a few months longer, but 10 months is VERY rare). Secondly, Botox under the eye (depending on how close to the lid it was placed) rarely affects the shape of ones eye.
You may look into an eye drop called Upneeq. This may cause the lids to open a bit more and solve your issues.
