One brow area bruised, the other brow did not. Does this mean that more botox was injected into the area that bruised more?

Hello in the past I have had brow botox. I noticed one brow area bruised where as the other brow did not. Does this mean that more botox was injected into the area that bruised more or is it just due to the way the needle was inserted? Second part, if one brow raises higher then the other how soon can you go back to get more botox to even it out?
