I had a SMAS face and neck lift (with lipo) 13 months ago by fully qualified surgeon. I have read all relevant Q&A here with most recommending complete revision. After much hesitation, I’ve decided to see my original surgeon. My question is, how much are these complications directly attributable to the practitioner as they are not so uncommon? I want to give him the opportunity to address the issues but am “once bitten, twice shy”. Recommendations also please. Mortified Down Under!
