However, it would be best to assess your overall health and the size of the area that needs liposuction before saying anything for certain. Working in combination with your anesthesiologist, you should be able to create a plan for liposuction and a mini facelift.  This allows you a single surgery and single recovery and reduces your cost.  Safety dictates the total time should be kept under 6 hours and the liposuction volume under 5000 cc’s.  Your liposuction should be done first so you are not getting turned and rotated after your mini facelift.  Other considerations are your overall health, so if there are concerns, you should get medical clearance from your primary care doctor.  Best wishes.
