I had a lower facelift 6 months ago, can I do PDO Smooth threads to stimulate collagen? They said the threads have Sculptra in them? So not the lifting threads, the smooth threads

It's very hard to comment meaningfully without pictures or a consultation, but I have some general advice about thread-lifts.  Save your money.  Thread-lifts will not add any significant benefit to a well performed facelift for any significant period of time.
