With liposuction, do the treated areas essentially look thinner while those secondary areas appear the same?

NoShameInBeingVain
Really, may be the dumbest question ever. I’m interested in liposuction in all the common areas, love handles/abs/etc. There are certain areas of my body that show weight loss and weight gain outside of the typical liposuction areas, such as the definition of my collar bones, roundness of my face etc With liposuction, do the treated areas essentially look thinner while those secondary areas (collar bones, etc) appear the same? Not sure how better to ask the question sorry
