One week post-surgery is far too early to make any determinations about your final outcome. Follow up closely with your plastic surgeon and give it a minimum of three months before coming to any conclusions. I would wait six months before doing additional surgical interventions (if necessary). 

Gynecomastia surgery takes significant time to recover from in general.  A plastic surgeon should guide you on techniques to avoid contour irregularities, swelling and seromas.  Compression is very important in the recovery period.  

Healing is a dynamic process that needs to run its course. Final results from body contouring can take up to six months.
