I think I am botched, but not sure if it’s too early to tell. Can I have a second opinion? (Photo)

I had a revision done a week ago. Removing the gland completely with some lipo as well. I don’t know what is happening. My left side feels completely lumpy and sunken in and it’s even worse when I flex. I feel deformed and like a total freak. I am so tired of this damn surgery and process and it has mentally, emotionally and now financially ruined my life. I really need a second opinion. Swelling is 1 thing but seeing this left side gives me no hope & I’ve only witnessed worse from other patients

Male nipples generally are located at the lower border of the Pectoralis muscle. In body builders, the more developed the muscle becomes, the lower the nipple will look. There is is also some natural variation. Your nipple position looks pretty normal from the photo you provided.
