Dr. Aghayan and Samantha were great throughout the whole process. When I first came for a consult I had a list of questions I wanted to go through and Dr. Aghayan answered every one of them. The 3D imaging was really helpful in considering size. I appreciated that when I was ready to move forward Dr. Aghayan changed up the profile he suggested for me based on my personal body size and went through the options in detail. Surgery day went smoothly and recovery was much easier than I anticipated. I couldn’t be happier with the end result!

Dr. Aghayan performed an arm and inner thigh lipo + skin tightening procedure for me, and it was really well done. The team and Dr. Aghayan told me when I was in consult + pre op that I was a doing "skinny lipo", as I didn't have a ton of weight to lose, it was about firming up and regaining more of that tight look my upper arms and inner thighs had a few years ago. They were really cleat that while I wouldn't see massive fat loss, I would be able to achieve the reasonable improvements I was looking for.

I'm 3 months post op, and the results are pretty fabulous. I feel like the inner thigh lipo actually perked up my booty too, and my arms are much less droopy.

I had a tummy tuck after 2 kids and I’m now 3 months post op and I’m so happy with the results so far. My stomach is flat and back to what it was before babies! From puberty on my breasts have been a major source of insecurity. Their relentless sag chipped away my confidence and ability feel comfortable in my body. Not exactly a recipe for romance or intimacy.

Dr. A changed everything for me. I look and feel incredible. I am so happy with my results. My chichis are AMAZING (and I’m healing nicely)! As I am Black with dark skin, I was concerned with potential scarring, but it’s minimal and looks fantastic. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner. I never imagined me getting a mommy make over and literally after 1 consult with Dr Aghayan I decided instantly that I wanted rk go through with one!!! Dr. Aghayan and his team are nothing short of amazing. I had a breast augmentation and lipo on my arms, legs and stomach. I am only a couple weeks out and already loving my results. I know they will only continue to get better! Would definitely recommend and will go back to him for anything I decide to do in the future.
