Would you recommend Alma lasers two weeks after Coolsculpting?

I often recommend a combination approach with Coolsculpting with vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth and improve the skin’s appearance. However for circumferential areas like the arms, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction, which can be combined with an arm lift at the same time, if you're a candidate. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. This is a great question. A lot of practices offer combined services to aid with tightening to further your Coolsculpting results. Although there are no definite contraindications for using skin tightening devices post Coolsculpting, you are unlikely to be satisfied with your results until the contouring from the Coolsculpting has completed. So to answer your question, no- the Alma laser would not "ruin" your Coolsculpting results. The treated lipid cells after a Coolsculpting procedure are crystallized and dead immediately after your procedure; the waiting portion is your body naturally eliminating those dead cells. So why wait? Well, you wouldn't want to tighten until you really see how much volume you lose after your treatment. I would recommend waiting, possibly 8-12 weeks, to achieve the best possible results!
