Helllo, I am growing a lipoma in my arm pit, is that something I can ask a Plastic Surgeon to remove? I would prefer to have a clean good looking scar after the removal. I have seen so many functional but not necessarily “pretty” scars left from Dermatologists. I have had ultrasounds done on the area and it is confirmed to be just fatty tissue overgrowth. I could use some advice before getting butchered with an unsightly scar. Thank you
