Lipoma removal and vein treatment as medical tourist? (Photos)

Hi, my legs are in bad shape and require both Limpoma removal an some form of vein surgery. Questions: 1. From the pic provided, will EVLT be sufficient for both legs? 2. What are my options for limpoma surgery? and 3. Can I travel in a plane 10days after the proceedings?
