I have a cyst on my eyebrow and I really want to remove it. What kind of doctor should I see? (Photo)

So I was born with a cyst under my left eyebrow and when I was a baby the doctor told my mom to wait until I was 18 to have It removed to make sure I was fully grown.I will be 17 Friday May 22 and I just can't take having it there anymore.It makes me feel so insecure.I dont think it would be bad to have it removed now.I haven't grown in about 2-3 years.How much would it cost to get it removed?Who would I go to a doctor,plastic surgeon etc.?please help .Give all the info our can.

You should see a plastic surgeon for this and some relativelt scar acceptable method can be devised after an exam. If you go from inside the mouth you need to go thouugh the muscles that make the lip move and this could have consequences worse than an external scar. Another possibility would be...

Most doctors feel uncomfortable treating cysts around the eyes unless they have formal training in eyelid surgery.  Your best bet would be to make an appointment with a board-certified oculoplastic surgeon to discuss the condition and see if it can be removed safely in the office....
