Is it okay to get a tattoo in the same spot of an epidermoid cyst removal ? (Photo)

I have what I believe is a epidermoid cyst. I've had it for ad long as I could remember . I am now 17 and plan on getting it removed when Im 18 for cosmetic purposes . After the surgery I'm sure there will still be a small scar still so im wondering if I can get a tattoo to cover it up after surgery ?

Nobody can claim to do surgery and not leave a scar.  you will always get a scar, sometimes smaller or better than others, when you cut the skin.  Lasers post treatment can help improve the apperance of the scar along with Biocorneum gel.  Best, Dr. Emer.

You are only 1 week after your procedure.  The area will conitnue to heal and change over the next few weeks and months.  I would not recommend doing anything until you talk with your ENT.  I would let it heal for a while before exploring other options.
