Thank you for your question. I don't think you will see a very big difference between the 700cc and 800cc implants. Maybe a half of a cup larger, but maybe not even that much. It is completely a personal decision on whether it is worth it to you to undergo the risks of having another surgery for 100cc. If you would like more information regarding breast augmentation you can download a free copy of my breast augmentation planner at ABetterBreast.com.
Thank you for your question. The additional volume of 100cc will not make a huge difference. You may have a subtle volume increase, but already being at 700cc's, the additional volume will not make a huge difference.
Thank you for the question. I totally agree big implants can mean big problems. Having not seen your photos of how large your breasts are it is difficult to comment. There will come a time where u want to down size and that can take multiple procedures including breast lift more scars. There would be some difference however not that much in my opinion. I would strongly recommend for you to discuss this with your board certified plastic surgeon. I hope this helps.
A difference of 10-12% is not likely to make a great difference. Consult a PS in your area.Ron Hazani MD
Whether or not you will benefit from the use of larger breast implants, will depend on your physical examination and your goals. Of course, the use of 800 cc implants would create a noticeable difference; the main question is whether it will achieve your goals. Best to communicate your goals carefully with your plastic surgeon; in my practice, the use of goal photographs are very helpful. You may find the attached link, dedicated to larger breast augmentation outcomes helpful to you as you learn more. Best wishes.
It would be foolish to go from 700 to 800. Very very few women should even have the 700. Remember the larger the implants the larger the troubles and also far more redos. Enjoy the 700 and forget the 800s. My Best, Dr C
Thank you for your question. While it's difficult to fully answer your question without an examination, it's reasonable to expect that high profile implants will be more obvious, leading to the "augmented look" that some patients seek. If you're looking for a less obvious appearance, then...
You should be able to put a light coating of neosporin onthe healing suture line. Be sure all of your sutures are out before starting. You don’t mention the type of surgery you had. Be sure to talk to your surgeonbefore doing anything.
Five weeks after breast augmentation you should be able tosleep on your side without any difficulty. I would advise you to wait a fewmore weeks before sleeping on your stomach. I assume the implants were placedbehind the muscle.
