Im 5 weeks after my breast augmentation when is it safe to sleep on my side...
Answer: Breast augmentation and sleeping positions. Thank you for the question. At 5 weeks post op I think it is safe to say you can sleep on your side but use pillows for cushions so you don't put pressure on the Breasts. That is what I advise my patients but please check with your surgeon first. Good luck!Dr. Khuthaila

CONTACT NOW Answer: Can I sleep on my side after breast augmentation? I typically recommend that patients not sleep on their sides following breast augmentation surgery for 6 weeks to try to prevent excessive movement of the implants. After this time it is usually safe as long as everything is healing well. I would suggest asking your specific plastic surgeon, as we all have slightly different recommendations regarding this.Good Luck!

Answer: Five weeks after breast augmentation you should be able to sleep on your side without any difficulty. Five weeks after breast augmentation you should be able to sleep on your side without any difficulty. I would advise you to wait a few more weeks before sleeping on your stomach. I assume the implants were placed behind the muscle.

Answer: Sleep on side Usually at 5 weeks out from surgery, you can sleep on your side. You might try partial side sleeping first with pillows. It is always best, however, to ask your surgeon his/her opinion since he/ she has seen you and knows how you are healing.
