Bulge in Lower Cheek Area - can this be removed or smoothed out? (photos)

Question

Hello, I am 33 years old, 5'2" and about 115 pounds. I have this bulge on the lower side of my right cheek. It's not really noticeable when my face is inactive, but when I purse my lips, you can especially see it. It's really bothersome to look at because it looks lumpy and not smooth. Is this buccal fat? Is it possible for this to be removed or smoothed out? I have included 3 pictures. Thank you!

Thanks for the excellent photo documentation posted. First obtain a sub cutaneous scan of the area to rule out cystic mass. If just fat then either try KyBella injections in diluted amounts over 2-3 sessions ($1,200/session), or buccal fat removal ($4,000-$8,000), or both.
