What non surgical procedure can I do to fix downturned eyes? (photos)

My natural rested eyes give me the sad/tired expression and I always have to raise my eyebrows to reduce that. I want to look more awake and not sad. What can I do to make my eyes look like how they are when I raise my brows?

Hi @Optimistic2415! If you are looking for a more permanent solution, I would recommend a lower lid blepharoplasty with fat transfer to the tear troughs. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

This will need fillers, fat, PMMA with subcision to get improvement. Saline will not work. Start dermarolling at home now twice weekly to release this tissue and stimulate collagen (see link). Best, Dr. Emer.
