Will BBL eventually sag? (Photo)

Question

What bothers me about my body is my hip dips. They really show in leggings/tight dresses. It limits me on what I can wear and makes me very insecure. I posted a pic with leggings on too. What I am worried about is the fat eventually sagging down and giving me saddle bags leaving me with the dip and then a saddle bag. Can someone tell me if this is possible? He said he could take the fat from my love handles and put in my hips

When done well there should not be any significant sagging with time, as long as you maintain your weight and a healthy life style. I think you're a great candidate for a subtle BBL. The procedure would involve liposuction to your flanks and transfer of the fat to your buttock to fill out the hip dips you're trying to correct. The result would be a very attractive hourglass figure I suspect you're looking for. People who are young and healthy with good skin (it looks like you meet those criteria) tend to have excellent, permanent results. As long as your weight remains stable, I think you'll be very happy. I think that you have a very nice shape, and you do not need much. I use fat to fill in hip dents every day, and the technique is very effective. Find a board certified plastic surgeon who really sculpts patients without causing contour irregularities. Consult via email or Skype to determine the best treatment for you.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back, hips and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Grafted fat does not migrate or move to another anatomic area.

The hip dip and saddlebags are two distinct different areas that are anatomically pretty far away from each other.

This concern should not be an issue.
