BBL for women with smaller body frames? (Photo)

Question

I’m struggling to find a doctor that is willing to work on women with smaller body frames. I’m 5”4 and I weigh about 127 and my BMI is 21.8. I don’t have much fat that can be take from the arms but I do have some back and some stomach fat that I would like to get rid of. Any suggestions from anyone on a good doctor or their personal experience. I’m not looking for anything bodacious like Kim K.

In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.

Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

There are a lot of women who can get nice results from the BBL despite thinking that there is not enough fat. Maximal fat must be harvested without creating any contour deformities. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced with liposuction to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and facial integrity has remained the same.
Fat can be harvested from the abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, back, etc. and transferred to the hips and buttocks. How flat the abdomen will be will depend upon how much fat is removed from the area as well as how you heal.Consult via email, Skype, or in-office with a board certified PS who is an expert in lipo and BBL.

Based on your numbers you should do fine to get a fat transfer procedure like a BBL. Based on your pictures there’s no shortage of fat whatsoever.

I suggest having a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons in your area. I don’t believe you’ll have a difficult time finding a surgeon to do a BBL if you have an in person consultation.
