The female figure is primarily based on skeletal structure but fat distribution also plays a significant role.

The BBL can imitate female fat distribution including hyper feminizing curves but does not address skeletal differences.

Many men get to BBL procedure to have a better male contour and not for the sake of feminizing their body.

If the goal is to feminize that emphasis should be made on bringing in the waste and adding volume in the thigh area predominately.

Typically with Mail Liposuction Liposuction emphasis is not in the waste but rather in the love handles and back creating straight lines in a V or wedge shaped torso. With women we emphasize bringing in the waist to create curves.
