I currently have 700cc implants and I'm looking to upsize to 1100-1200 range. I have saline under the muscle and I have a pretty wide frame. Im 140lbs, 5'5". I weightlift regularly and keep active as well. What should I expect from this surgery and does this seem reasonable?

Answer: Increasing Size From 700cc to 1200cc If you are maintaining the same breast pocket, then that surgery should be very straightforward. How much volume you can add will be limited by the pocket yourself and your frame. Some patients can go from 700cc to 1200cc in one setting without difficulty. Others can only go 200-300cc more at a time before the tissues are too tight to handle more. I would discuss this with your surgeon prior so that you have a good idea of what limitations there may be. I hope this helps.

Answer: Increase Going with such large implants is usually not good long term. Please do not choose implants that are to heavy for your frame and tissue. Implants of 1100-1200 cc's will not fit your 5'5", 140 lbs frame well. Otherwise, your own tissue will thin and the implants will just sag. Big breasts sitting on your lap are not pretty. Also, the larger saline implants are, the more chance you will have rippling.
