Sorry that you are having problems.  The best treatment for a hematoma is to open the incision, wash out the blood, and replace the implant.  This is the best option to reduce the risk of capsular contraction.  Best regards.

More details are needed. Did you have the hematoma washed out and then a drain placed?  If so, when the drainage is low your surgeon will remove it. This often occurs within the first week or so.
