Hello Kitten. I see the difference between your breasts and I think there's at least two possibilities: In the first, you started out with asymmetry (before photos would help) and you're still having some asymmetry. No two breasts are ever exactly the same and implants do not "correct" asymmetry - they only make it better. Another possibility is that you need to massage more on the higher side and/or wear an elastic breast band to help the implant settle. A third possibility is that you're having the beginning of capsule contracture. You should see your plastic surgeon so he/she can address your concerns and make an appropriate diagnosis. Best wishes, Dr. ALDO
Thank you for your question. You are still early in the post-operative period. It typically takes 3 - 6 months for the swelling to subside and and implants to settle into proper position. Please discuss your concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon. Also, make sure you follow all of your plastic surgeons post-operative instructions regarding level of physical activity and use of a support bra. Hope this helps and good luck with your recovery.
Thank you for your picture and question. Keep in mind that you are less than three months out from surgery and there are still likely some changes that will take place before you are looking at your final result. I would say that based on the appearance in the picture, you have a very nice symmetrical result and you should be very happy. No two breasts are identical, and the goal is not to make them identical......we are making sisters, not twins. Most often, if there are very small differences in appearance after surgery, and you compare this to your pre-op photos, these small differences were there in your normal pre-op anatomy, they have just been amplified by the augmentation. Hope this helps!
Your breasts look great in your photo. Any difference in your breasts are not noticeable to me in the one view. They will not be identical, but address any of your concerns to your surgeon. Good luck.
Thank you for your question. Based on the picture you have very good result and I can not recognize the asymmetry you are describing. Please talk to your PS
I am sorry to hear about your concerns but I can not appreciate a significant difference between your breasts based on the posted photograph. Of course, your plastic surgeon will always be your best resource when it comes to accurate assessment. Best wishes.

Without a preoperative photograph, it's difficult to ascertain whether this is a magnification of a previously asymmetric breast. If the incisions are just in the crease, and are the same on both sides, then that would be my best guess. If one incision has started to ride up towards the areola, away from the infra-mammary crease, then it may be an early sign of bottoming out. I recommend that you follow-up with your operating plastic surgeon. Best of luck.
Thank you for your question. I do see the asymmetry that you mention. Please check your preoperative photos to see if the right breast and crease was slightly lower than the left. It is important to understand that 88% on women have asymmetrical breasts which could explain the asymmetry that you see. Your result really looks very nice. Please follow-up with your plastic surgeon for an examination.
Thanks for your question. Based on the one photo you submit I really can't see what you are seeing. They look fairly symmetrical to me. Other photo angles would be helpful in that assessment. Please remember Slight breast asymmetries will always exists post op because 99.9% of patients have asymmetrical breasts to begin with. Dr Maz
Sorry too hear about the pain. Implants can cause rib pain especially when they are up and move over certain area that is prominent. I will try with Advil to see if you experience Improvement. You may try also to find a different bra that supports the implants better and see if that helps. The...
Hello. Thank you for your inquiry. You may be an excellent candidate for breast augmentation surgery. Exact end results and cup sizes are usually quite difficult to calculate as everyone has a different starting point. It is important to have an in-person assessment regarding your concerns as it...
Thank you for the question. Yes, you can switch implant profiles. High profile breast implants project more and are narrower. To keep same width, you have to increase the implant size. Speak with your plastic surgeon about your options. Best regards, Dr. Aldo :)
