Hello, I read that the super- wet technique during lipo removes LESS fluid than just plain tumescent. I believe my surgeon uses PAL and tumescent. I want as much fat removed as possible and would be devestated if only 30-50%/L is fat, considering that I’m going to be high volume to my legs (I’m short & in the low 120’s). Whats the point of removing liters of fluid from my body & only coming out with a total of 5-6 lbs of fat removed & 5-6 lbs of fluid? Can I request super-wet?
