Theoretically baser or laser liposuction fat would not work as well since the fat cells are killed before suctioning. In my opinion fat transfer is a poor operation even in the best cases

Any type of liposuction can work. You were not specific about your fat graft so I cannot be specific. However, the power assisted device or ultrasound assisted would be helpful to get through the scarring.
