Best way to remove fat graft?

Question

Since botched fat graft, I spent months not being able to carry on a normal life. I've made up my mind to remove, or attempt to reverse this grafted fat. I understand what the difference is in terms of mechanism btw Vaserlipo vs traditional vs Laser-assisted lipo. For fat graft removal, which one is the most effective, given that my goal is to remove the grafted fat as much as possible within safe limits?

Theoretically baser  or laser liposuction fat would not work as well since the fat cells are killed before suctioning. In my opinion fat transfer is a poor operation even in the best cases

Any type of liposuction can work. You were not specific about your fat graft so I cannot be specific. However, the power assisted device or ultrasound assisted would be helpful to get through the scarring.

There is no yes or no answer to your question.
Everything is based on context.
Most people who are looking to have previously grafted fat removed have had facial fat grafting.
There are many variables to take in the consideration and Liposuction may or may not be appropriate, depending on the context and anatomic location.
To make an assessment we at a minimum need a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
Without an assessment, we can’t prescribe a recommended treatment.
Consider reposting with a complete set of proper before and after pictures or better yet schedule multiple in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community.
The type of Liposuction is fairly irrelevant in comparison to provider selection.
