I don't think you should do another alarplasty as you don't have much if any alar flaring and your nostrils are already pretty narrow. What you are more bothered by seems to be alar retraction, which is not something an alarplasty would address but would require a rhinoplasty of some sort.
I perceive you got a overly aggressive and poorly planned alar reduction, to the extent of pinching the airway entrance, deforming the nostril and straightening what should be a normally out-curved alar contour. Additionally I see signs of a poor rhinoplasty work.I don't have good news, the excessive resection of alae and nostrils is de facto irreversible.
