Hello, I had a lip lift surgery three months ago. My nasal cells were cut, and my nose has healed very poorly. Am I a candidate for an alarplasty, or will I need a revision rhinoplasty to fix this? The first two photos are my nose before, and the others are what my nose looks like now.

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. An alarplasty can be done, but it would be best to make it part of a tip rhinoplasty procedure to refine the tip and support it better. That way it won't droop and widen as much when you smile. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert...
Your nostrils are making the bottom half of the nose appear large. Alarplasty will certainly make them less noticeable and contribute to the overall appearance of the nose.
Alarplasty is a very fine and quick procedure that can narrow the nostrils and reduce the flare to soften the appearance....
You only need the Alarplasty. The nose looks good but the wide nostrils are distracting.
You could possibly do aTip-plasty but it is not critical. Once you had the Alarplasty, you will know if this is all you need or may be a Tip-plasty down the road as well.
