Alarplasty after lip lift surgery

Question

Hello, I had a lip lift surgery three months ago. My nasal cells were cut, and my nose has healed very poorly. Am I a candidate for an alarplasty, or will I need a revision rhinoplasty to fix this? The first two photos are my nose before, and the others are what my nose looks like now.

The nostrils can be reduced with Alarplasty but in this case the alar retraction (notched areas of the nostril border near the tip) is the bigger issue. The alar retraction will help with the overall appearance of the nose and alarplasty will help reduce the flare and width of the nostrils and might slightly improve the asymmetry.

Based on your photos, you appear to have relatively thin nasal skin, with nostril retraction, and asymmetrical tip, and a crooked nasal appearance. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections maybe considered for achieving a less operated nasal appearance.
