I love my use but hate my nostrils. What is best way to fix? I added my mock before and after. Can I achieve this?

-bridge shaving and nasal osteotomies
-tip grafting to redefine a perky tip
-renewed nostril support with rim grafting and/or lateral crura repositioning
-alar base reduction
-nostril reduction

As you may understand, you need a modern, complex, fabulous and well executed structure rhinoplasty done by a talented and highly experienced surgeon; your goals are perfect, I agree with them 100%, but the far exceed an alarplasty. Hint: in my life I only made 1 single alarplasty case which made a patient happy fulfilling his goals, and this was the only alarplasty-alone procedure in my long career.

The upper half of your nose has good structure. For the lower half nostrils need to be narrowed and tip needs more definition. A combination of both procedures will give you the best result. Please remember computer generated results are misleading and cannot be achieved. They can be used only as a guideline.

Based on the in reality, photo of your nose and the Photoshop Photoshop photo it is more than just the AR rim reduction. Your tip is also changed. Therefore, I think you might need a full rhinoplasty tip plasty and AR rim reduction combination. Best of virtual concert with expect fees to range from $8000-$15,000.
