Hint: in my life I only made 1 single alarplasty case which made a patient happy fulfilling his goals, and this was the only alarplasty-alone procedure in my long career.

The upper half of your nose has good structure. For the lower half nostrils need to be narrowed and tip needs more definition. A combination of both procedures will give you the best result. Please remember computer generated results are misleading and cannot be achieved. They can be used only as a guideline.

Based on the in reality, photo of your nose and the Photoshop Photoshop photo it is more than just the AR rim reduction. Your tip is also changed.
