Can I achieve better eye symmetry with canthoplasty or other eye surgery? My right eye(left in the pic) is higher up and tilted more positively compared to my other eye. Is it possible that I can achieve better symmetry through any of the eye surgeries?

Having said that, one needs to be very careful about what is being proposed. These surgeries are on eyelid skin and should not affect the actual lid margin. Your understanding is not right. Caution is advised. There is no substitute for a detailed, in person assessment.
