Hi, 25 year old male. Would I be a good Candidate for A lower eyelid tightening procedure? (See picture). I’d like to reduce my sclarel show. If so, I know there are differences between canthopexy and canthoplasty. From what I understand, canthopexy is less invasive — which would be best? Thanks

Having said that, one needs to be very careful about what is being proposed. These surgeries are on eyelid skin and should not affect the actual lid margin. Your understanding is not right. Caution is advised. There is no substitute for a detailed, in person assessment.

Hi thanks for your query. normally the lateral canthus is set slightly higher than medial canthus but as I can see in your pics its at same level or lower. so all u need is lateral canthopexy which can be easily done under local anaesthesia for effective results.
