25 year old male: would I be a good candidate for lower eyelid surgery? (photos)

Hi, 25 year old male. Would I be a good Candidate for A lower eyelid tightening procedure? (See picture). I’d like to reduce my sclarel show. If so, I know there are differences between canthopexy and canthoplasty. From what I understand, canthopexy is less invasive — which would be best? Thanks
