Hi, 25 year old male. Would I be a good Candidate for A lower eyelid tightening procedure? (See picture). I’d like to reduce my sclarel show. If so, I know there are differences between canthopexy and canthoplasty. From what I understand, canthopexy is less invasive — which would be best? Thanks

Hi thanks for your query. normally the lateral canthus is set slightly higher than medial canthus but as I can see in your pics its at same level or lower. so all u need is lateral canthopexy which can be easily done under local anaesthesia for effective results.
