My understanding of epicanthoplasty is that it cuts some of the inner and outer corners of the eye and that would probably mean some of the lower waterline would get cut off too. Does this mean I can still put makeup like white kohl liner on the new waterline after surgery?

Hi thanks for your query. normally the lateral canthus is set slightly higher than medial canthus but as I can see in your pics its at same level or lower. so all u need is lateral canthopexy which can be easily done under local anaesthesia for effective results.
